Marie joined Boyden in 2011 and has worked with Executive Search since 1999.  She has managed and co-managed a number of executive assessment/human capital due diligence assignments for international clients. She has worked with a focus on recruitment in various positions since 1989. She has enjoyed much success in the recruitment and search industry, most recently with her own company. Marie previously spent six years as a partner and senior consultant at Creative Search/AIMS International and five years as a Director at A.T. Kearney Executive Search.

Prior to her international executive search career, she was a recruitment manager at Accenture both in Sweden and France. She is recognized as a certified member and member of the board of ESK - the Swedish Association of Executive Search Consultants.
